Faculty Advisory Panel
Activity authors are often experts
in their content area but not necessarily in new
media and its use. The LivingText faculty
advisors have considerable experience with
use of educational technologies in a wide variety
of fields and work with new authors to design the
best use of technology for their content area.
Authoring Methods
More than half of the effort in
creating new tools and activities is in developing
the design. LivingText works with authors in a systematic
way to identify the key issues to be addressed and
to brainstorm about design solutions.
Authoring Tools
As the tools and activities are
being constructed the authors are able to look over
the shoulder of the developers at every stage of
development to insure the results meet or exceed
their expectations.
